This is an original Georgian copperplate engraving of Gopshull Hall, Leicestershire. It is sized 125 x 180 mm. And features the hall itself in the center background of the engraving, with several figures in the foreground fishing. There is a short inscription beneath. All edges are very neat except the left hand side edge which is slightly tatty. Overall sized 160 x 200 mm. Cut around plate mark and laid into eighteenth century paper sized 200 x 275 mm.
