Griffith and Farran, 1862, Cloth Bound, Book Condition: Good, 5th

Good condition only, covers and spine have faded, the corners of both front and rear cover have been knocked and slightly bent. The spine had come away from the binding at the bottom and towards the center, with some loss where it has frayed away but now it has been reglued. Internally on approx 11 pages a child has "redrawn" quite a few of the illustrations in the fox hunting section (no reflection on the type of people who hunt I'm sure!) there is a slight tanning to the edges of the pages, though otherwise internally in excellent condition - with two hundred engravings. Overall 130 x 160 mm. Why on Amazon do sellers not describe their actual item?
