There is a stamp for The Leicestershire Trade Protection Society Limited Offices on the front of the insert and the back of the folded map. The insert has disconnected from the booklet the map is attached to. There are rust stains on the insert from the staples that held it and there is a dent in the map from where the tape measure is affixed. The booklet cover is a bit nicked around the edges, is a grubby, and has scratch shadows on it. Otherwise in good condition. Why on Amazon do most sellers not describe their actual book?
