Original Lithograph print, very scarce view, with the full title "St. George's Church, Leicester, as it appeared after the Storm on Saturday, August 1st 1846". Print is bold and attractive, but bears a single horizontal crease through the middle where it has been folded, and a number of other small tears and creases around the outside. Print is 310 x 440 mm, on paper 380 x 560 mm which bears some damage, creasing, and tears which only very slightly impose upon the image this in turn is laid down along 30mm of the right hand side onto backing paper Why on Amazon do most sellers not describe their actual book?
