The secret telegram correspondence between Kaiser Wilhelm and Czar Nicholas between 1904 and 1907, sixty-five in all; with an introduction by Bernstein and his comments on many of the telegrams. Corners and spine ends bumped with some wear, covers soiled and scuffed, spine discolored; light foxing on end papers and through foreword (progressively less), pages lightly toned. Binding is sound.
