Orange cloth, glit stamped decoration on cover, 299 pages; the first appearance of Delmore Schwartz in print, including "The Saxophone," "Automobile," "Darkness, " and "E.A.P. - A Portrait." Exterior is soiled, corners bumped, spine faded such that gilt is not visible, cloth wrinkled upper left of front cover; Interior is much better condition, though end papers are stained a little, owner's name on front flyleaf, a few pages roughly opened, inner hinge cracked.
