Faber, 1968, Green Cloth, Book Condition: Poor, Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good, First Edition
jacket illustration front & spine shows "Radha & Krishna in The Grove" by Kangra c. 1785, this is an exciting & well written tale incorporating the pantheon of the Hindu Deities as its heroes & villains, the price intact D/J. is protected by a plastic cover but bears marks of some previous protection having been taped to its corners & has a small hole in the spine illust., the book itself has been badly abused, it is slightly cocked (I'm tempted to say completely c.....!) with green sticky tape covering the spine & front top & bottom edges, library labels have been ripped from the feps with little finesse, a library stamp on rear of title page crossed out by felt tip which shows through page & the initials "W/D" in the same pen on fep., the binding of the book is sound though many pages are spoiled by some liquid having been dripped upon them (perhaps a too hot chocolate) or may perhaps have been read by a dripping alien slime creature from some parallel dimension, a chance to own a decent-looking scarce edition of a Zelazny first at a bargain price because of the condition of the contents, 257 pages. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Quantity Available: 1. Category: Science Fiction & Fantasy; Fiction. Pictures of this item not already displayed here available upon request. Inventory No: SFC00061.
