This book is sequel to "One Minute of Time", the authors' first book on the subject of the collision between aircraft carrier Melbourne and battleship Voyager. It was a decisive factor in a second enquiry being held into the disaster. This book encapsulates the actual collision of the two ships, the first board of enquiry, the agitations and lobbying for a reopening of the case, and finally the second enquiry and resultant vindication of the 'Melbournes'' captain and officers. .
