450 g.; VI, 7-192 pages, bibliography and index. Green coloured cloth covered boards with silver titles to the backstrip. Bumping and rubbing to the backstrip edges and to the book corners. Wear to the lower book edges and there is browning and foxing to the text block edges, endpapers and browning to the internal text. Original bookseller's rubberstamp to the lower left-hand corner of the front paste-down stop plain text dustwrappers with black and green background with white titles to the front panel and the backstrip. Rubbing and chipping to the dustwrapper corners and to the backstrip edges. There is a deep piece missing from the top left-hand corner of the front panel and a small piece missing from the top edge of the rear dustwrapper panel. Rubbing and some marking to the dustwrapper panels and the rear panel and fold over creases have become brown and has the verso of the dustwrapper. Clipping of the dustwrapper, front fold over, lower right-hand corner. This book has been made in war economy expanded -- and is so stated on the verso of the title page. There is a 2 inch tear to the lower edge of the front panel, with associated creasing and there are smaller tears along the same edge. A look at Utopian societies suggested by Plato through to H.G.
