Yellow floral design against a red background coloured boards with maroon leather strip on the backstrip and within that insert gilt titles. Red coloured tint to the top text block edge. Minor rubbing to the backstrip edges and to the book corners. Browning and foxing to the text block edges, endpapers and throughout the text, though the foxing is primarily to the first few and last few pages of the text. Illustrated dustwrapper, same illustration as the underlying boards, with yellow insert to the front panel and backstrip and within those yellow inserts red titles. Rubbing and chipping to the top dustwrapper corners and top backstrip edge. A few small tears to the top dustwrapper edge along with creasing. Sunning to the backstrip and noticeable foxing to the dustwrapper panels, fold over panels and to the verso of the dustwrapper. The 19th century English writer Anthony Trollope's shorter works illustrated with wood cuts by Joan Hassall and published by the Folio Society.
