II, 70 pages, last two pages blank (intentionally). The text is illustrated with black-and-white photographs, colour photographs and black-and-white sketches. Illustrated front cover, showing a reproduction of the painting by Giovanni Antonio Canaletto " Bacino di S. Marco: From the Piazzetta " 1735-40, with dark green background and white titles to the front panel and back titles to the backstrip. A little creasing and rubbing to the book corners and rubbing to the book panels. The major problem with the book has been a printing fault in which the pages 64, 65, 66 and 67 have been printed out of order, the article "The Iconography of the Antwerp Altarpiece " has been printed separately and then inserted loosely in to the book -- from the Erratum page. Because of this insertion, the front fore edge of the article has become creased and bumped.
