XX 8, 980 pages, last three pages blank, biographical introduction by Charles Kennett Burrow, notes, index of the first lines. Illustrated endpapers, being a multi-repeat of the publishing houses' initials. Sepia toned illustration of William Wordsworth protected by tissue guard. Tissue guard has some foxing. Within the text there are three black-and-white photographs. Red coloured leather binding with gilt titles to the front panel and backstrip. Gilt to all edges. Rubbing to the book edges, particularly around the rounded corners. Fading to the backstrip. Bright blue coloured place marker, with fraying of the bottom edge and the last 2 " faded. There is a inscription to the verso of the frontispiece. Light foxing to the first view and last few pages of the book, though internally the pages are clean, bright and tight. The printing of the text is done in a newspaper column format. I cannot find any publication data, but gift inscription is dated July 21, 1906. Original bookseller's sticker to the lower right-hand corner of the front paste-down. Loss of leather to the top left-hand corner and 3" of the front top edge of the front cover.
