30 black-and-white photographs/illustrations, one 4-page information booklet and one map showing a map of the Northern Territory circa 1959. Photographic card folder, showing an Aboriginal drover and cattle, with white writing on the lower folder edge. Rubbing and creasing to the folder corners and edges. The results of insect activity can been seen to the font fold over flap. On the back cover, a previous owner has placed notations in blue ink. There has been rubbing, handling marks and fading to the folder. This was an information folder put out by the Department of Territories, under the authority of the Honourable Paul Hasluck, M.P., Minister for Territories for people thinking of going to the Northern Territory to start a new life.
