Text is illustrated with copious black-and-white photographs, many full-page, of Nureyev. Bottle green coloured boards with white writing on the spine. Bumping to the head and to the heel of the spine and shelfwear to the lower book edges. Some fading to the top edge of the front panel and very light dust marks and browning to the paper edges. Browning and handling marks to the endpapers and there is a little foxing to the half title page and the verso of front free endpaper. Coloured photographic dustwrapper, showing Nureyev sitting in a chair with his feet against a window, and a head portrait of Nureyev, in black-and-white, on the back panel. Dark green background with white writing on the front panel and black on the spine. Some rubbing and crumpling to the top dustwrapper edge and a little crumpling to the lower. Browning to the fold over edges and a few marks to the verso of the dustwrapper. A book about the great Russian ballet dancer -- Rudolf Nureyev. In the book there are distinct sections dealing with 1: small potted biography, 2: about Nureyev himself, 3: as a dancer, 4: as a choreographer, 5: interpreter of ballet and finally 6: the roles that Nureyev danced. .
