Black coloured boards with silver writing on the spine. Very minor rubbing to the head and to the heel of the spine and to the lower book edges. Some very faint discolouration to the top edge of the endpapers. Illustrated dust wrapper, again being reproductions of original Magic Lantern slides, against a black background with white writing on the front panel and spine. A little rubbing to the top and bottom dust wrapper edges. From the front panel, " Magic Lantern slides shows were a popular form of entertainment in the hall during the late 19th century.
