Bumping to the head and to the heel of the spine and to the top front panel corner and the lower rear panel corner of the book. Scuffing to the top and bottom spine gutter edges and shelfwear to the lower book edges. Dust marks and grubby marks to the top paper edge, very slight browning to the front fore paper edge and there is staining to the lower page edges. On the contents page and previous owner has put a small " tick ", in ink. Illustrated dust wrapper ( wraparound ), by Robert Handville, with black and blue writing on the front panel and spine. The dust wrapper is quite rubbed and faded and all edges are affected. Rubbing and chipping, with loss to the dust wrapper corners and there is chipping to the top and bottom dust wrapper edges. There is a 1" tear to the top dust wrapper edge and there is creasing to both the top and bottom edges.
