196pp., last 2 blank, glossary. Coloured illustrated frontispiece by Hal Gye. Black and white illustrations throughout the book are again and by Hal Gye. Red coloured boards with black writing on the front panel and spine. Bumping to the corners of the book and there has been fraying of the cloth, and underlying board is visible. Bumping to the head and to the heel of the spine has also occurred. The cloth of the book is rubbed, faded and marked. The spine is particularly faded and there has been a "punch" mark made to the front spine gutter halfway down. Browning and dust marks to the top paper edge, browning and foxing to the others. There has been very heavy foxing to the first few and last few pages of the book, and then the foxing becomes occasional in the body of the book. On the front paste down there has been a "Platypus Series" advertisement placed. The sequel to 'Ginger Mick' -- taking up from the end of WWI. Size: 12mo (standard paperback).
