VI, 134 pp., last three blank. Bright yellow coloured endpapers. Illustrated title page, by a stamp from Australia and Germany. The text is illustrated at the beginning of each chapter with a small black and white illustration. Bottle green boards with gilt writing on spine. The bottom two corners are rubbed along with shelf wear. Foxing to the paper edges, but foxing has not intrude into the internal pages. The head of the spine is bumped. Illustrated dustwrapper, showing an idealised house on a hill, with white background and black and white writing on front panel and black & green on spine. Minor rubbing to the dustwrapper corners with some creasing to the top and bottom dustwrapper edges. The dustwrapper shows grubby marks.
