Photographic dustwrapper with dark blue background with white coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. The Boys Brigade was formed in Glasgow in 1883. It came to Australia in the late colonial period and after almost dying in the 1920s it is now a nationally viable program. In this book the author tells the story of the Brigade, and how it is different in Australia and Papua New Guinea than where it began and why.
