Part of the American Guide Series created by the Works Progress Administration during the Depression to give work to unemployed writers and photographers. Condition of this book: Fine. Jacket is chipped at spine ends with a small piece missing from the rear panel, internally reinforced at head of spine with binder's tape. Preserved in Brodart. Map is fine. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact.
