A very early printing of what would become a classic, with the original first edition dust jacket. Extraordinary condition, apparently little used in the kitchen. Condition of this book: Near fine in a good jacket. Jacket is sunned with minor losses at edges, small stain on back panel, flap is not price-clipped. Printed boards fine, leaves' edges have a few minor stains and areas of darkening. Size: Quarto. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting.
