About 12x9 inches or 30x23cm, No. 552 apparently of an edition of 5000, heavy cardboard portfolio including a 32-page pamphlet by Veleva, curator of the museum, in Bulgarian, French and English. 60 color plates showing male and female folk dress, captioned on the reverse. Additional plates show patterns of embroidery. Includes a purple ribbon tie (unknown to me whether this is original to the folio). Condition of this folio: One of the cover closures is torn, the covers are age toned with a few fingerprints. Pamphlet and prints are age-toning, images fine. Special Limited Edition, first issue in this format. Size: Quarto. Text is in multiple languages. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting.
