Author identified only as "an American." Frontis plate by D.G. Johnston. Condition of this book: Covers rubbed at edges with a few small stains, moderate to heavy foxing inside. Overall good. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact.
