A detailed account of the expedition April to September 1906 to explore the snow range of Ruwezori, upon the borders of Congo and Uganda. It includes the data of observations and all the facts upon which the geographical and scientific results of the epedition are based. De Filippi was not a member of the expedition and the account is derived from the diaries of the expedition members and benefits from the superb photographs taken by Vittorio Stella.
